Private Paranormal Investigations
Cresson Sanatorium & Prison offers overnight paranormal investigations inside a massive, abandoned historic complex spanning the original sanatorium and later prison structures. With limited lighting, deteriorated spaces, and a layered history, investigations are immersive, intense, and intentionally unmanaged.
Overnight investigations run from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date

Deposits must be paid within 7 days of booking confirmation

Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the investigation
On Site

No drugs or alcohol permitted

Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks allowed

Portable restrooms (porta-potties) available

All bags are subject to security checks upon entry and exit

Anyone disrespectful to the site or staff may be required to leave without refund
All participants must complete a waiver prior to entry.

Options & Pricing
Fully Private Overnight Investigations
Private investigations provide exclusive access to all open buildings across the sanatorium and prison grounds within the upper 34 acres of the property (approximately 20 buildings).
While not all buildings can be guaranteed available for every investigation, we will always communicate in advance if preservation projects or site development limit access to key areas.
Pricing:

$1,450 — Friday / Saturday

$600 — Wednesdays or Thursdays (Split)
Team size: Up to 10 people
Additional investigators may be added for $90 per person
Split Overnight Investigations
Split Overnights are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Two teams investigate on the same night without overlap.

Each team is assigned six buildings, selected to include a mix of historic sanatorium spaces and newer prison locations

Teams investigate independently and do not overlap with one another.
