Explore more than a century of history at Cresson Sanatorium & Prison during a self-guided Exploration & Photography day. Wander the 32-acre property at your own pace, including historic sanatorium buildings, the abandoned state prison, and portions of the underground tunnel system.
Bring your camera or simply come explore. This is a rare opportunity to experience one of Central Pennsylvania’s most unique abandoned historic properties and photograph its architecture, history, and untouched spaces.
