I grew up in a haunted house and came from a very spiritual family which sparked my interest in the paranormal and I have been in the field for over 10 years. I've been to some of the most haunted places in the United States but there is no location more beautiful to me than precious Cresson Sanatorium and Prison. Having the chance to be a lead paranormal investigator has always been a dream of mine and I am blessed to do it with the San Fam and my fiancé. . I love the positive vibes, teaching people, unlocking gifts they might not realize they have, and it's been a hobby of mine to turn skeptics into believers. Lindsey ​ My name is Lindsey Rogers and I am one of the lead paranormal investigators for Cresson Sanatorium and Prison. I've been interested in the paranormal for as long as I can remember and had my first experience at 6 years old when I moved into a house that was haunted. I've been investigating since 2012 and formed my own group Dark Hollow Paranormal in 2014 and have traveled all over the United States to investigate various famous locations. I started out volunteering at Cresson over 2 years ago and fell in love with the location, history, and paranormal experiences, and officially came onboard as a staff member with my fiancé this past spring and even fill in to help with history tours as needed. I feel very blessed to work with such amazing staff and I love meeting new people that share the same passion for the paranormal, and I also love teaching others about different types of investigation styles and different types of equipment.

Unfortunately , due to the ongoing land dispute, we have to hit pause on our events, historic tours, paranormal activities, and hydroponic grow for the foreseeable future. Our case is in the hands of the Superior Courts, but the timeline ahead remains uncertain. ​ If you've already made purchases for advance passes, we'll be processing full refunds. Stay tuned as we'll be sharing our updates through email, our website, and our social channels. ​ In the spirit of gratitude for your support, we want you to know that if we're able to get back up and running, advance ticket holders will receive a 20% discount as a token of our appreciation. ​ For our teams with bookings affected by this, we have already begun reaching out to August teams directly to arrange refunds, and we will be reaching out to teams scheduled later this year next week. After turning onto Correction Road, you will follow the road to the top of the hill, about half a mile from the property entrance. The parking area will be located on your left across from the Visitor's Building/Building 2. If you require special accommodations to enter the property, please contact us in advance so we may assist you. For your convenience we offer an interactive property map you may want to check out prior to visiting. Interactive Map When do we need to arrive? Visitor's attending a Guided Historical Tours or Guided Paranormal Tours should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the ticketed time. Visitor's attending a Self-Guided Exploration can arrive anytime after 9:00 AM. Please keep in-mind when visiting we close our doors to the public at 6:00 PM. Do we tour with a group? Visitors attending with a Self-Guided ticket do not need to stay with a group, and the tour is self-paced using a map we provide at check-in. Our Guided Historical Tours are lead by a guide, and the group explores the site together while learning about the history and usage of the buildings. The tour pauses in several locations for the small group to explore within several buildings. What should I bring to explore? Close-toe shoes are required, and while masks are not required, they are suggested especially for those that may have sensitivities to mustier areas like basements. Along with a camera, a flashlight is a great idea for exploring areas like the tunnel. How do I check-in? Our team will be waiting just inside the Visitor's Building to greet you. You do not need a printed copy of your ticket, the team at check-in will have your information on our reservation list. At check-in you will receive a wrist band, sign the waiver you reviewed when purchasing tickets, review safety guidelines, and we will provide you with a printed map. We will explain how to check-out and answer any questions you may have. Do you have public restrooms & running water? The site is in fully abandoned condition, but porta potties are on site in two locations. Other items like water and extra hand sanitizer are available at check-in. Do you sell food & drinks? We currently do not offer food or beverages for sale. You may bring food or drinks with you, for your convenience there are trash bins available in building 2. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the property. Do the buildings have electricity? No, there is no lighting or electric. Please remember to bring a flashlight as there are areas with limited or no light.
